Peach & Scotch Bonnet, Hotter Heat

PEACH, what can we say. She is sweet and she is spicy. Pairs perfectly with sweeter proteins like pulled pork, chicken, white fish or tofu. Excellent for a Marisco Salad or a fruit salsa. 

Sweet with Okanagan Peaches and spicy with Yellow and Red Scotch Bonnets. She is the sauce of the summer!
